You retain ownership of all images you upload. Generated images are provided to you and you may use them in accordance with these terms. We do not claim ownership over your uploaded or generated content, but we require a license to process and store it in order to operate the service.

You may not upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, or violates the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activity.

Pixly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
